All of our offerings are led by certified professionals and sponsored by local gyms in our community.

Join Workouts Unlimited for a Silver Sneakers class held at Memorial Park! This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
Participants may use handheld weights, resistance bands and a silver sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Join us for a peaceful morning yoga class in Memorial Park, presented by Valley Fitness! This class is suitable for all abilities, ages and skill levels. Led by Valley Fitness' expert fitness instructors, come and enjoy a 30 minute, low-impact yoga flow.
Please bring a yoga mat to the Fitness Class 2 location under the trees 15 minutes prior to class start time. Don't have a mat of your own? No worries; The Kingsburg Healthcare District will have a limited number available for your use.
